Hard to tell which side it top and bottom and I often open it upside-down because of this. Not made to transport so I tied a hair band around it to keep it closed in transit. Post it's are a nice variety of color and average in quality of paper/stickiness.These are terrific. I've been carrying these with me and using them almost daily for a while now, and have had no problems. The folder protects the notes well. The notes are nice and sticky, and the colors are bright so they can be located in your documents quickly. I'll buy another when these are gone :)Love the holder for these as it keeps them neat on the desk, however once the flag is removed it curls up.
