Very good product, well finished and strong parts .Great workload in the assembly process but easy The sturdiness could be improvedI’m very satisfiedParts were scratched. Yellow color not white. The box looks like it was sitting in the warehouse for years.The package arrived not just open, but completely gutted. There was no hardware at all, it may have been lost. The wood was damaged beyond belief. I feel upset to see such a waste of resources. It looked great on the photo. I wish the quality of the packaging was better, and I had at least a chance to assemble it.This thing just can't be tightened up properly to keep it steady. It shakes a wobbles so bad no matter how many times we go back around and do the final tightening. 4yr old climbs up the steps (carefully, not in normal chaos fashion) and the while thing sort of rocks and sways. I'm not sure how long we will keep it up because it just isn't solid enough. Very disappointing after all the time it took to assemble and all the excitement that the 4 yr old had for her new bed and new bedding etc. I would not recommend. And it isnt just me being too picky or overly concerned. This thing just doesn't feel safe. At all.
