It only took me fifteen minutes to assemble the chair and that included the unboxing and unwrapping all of the packaging for the parts inside of the box.Also carring the trash to the garbage can.There are only 12 screws needed to assemble the chair.But I also used a drill with a hex bit in it to put the screws in. The key is to look at the instructions to determine what screws go where.Very simple assemble.And yes I would recommend this to everyone who would like to have a moderately priced chair.The mesh backs stay nice and cool and contours to your back with adjustable lumbar support.I bought the chair in September 2021, and by February 2022, the cylinder has started sinking of it's own accord. I weigh 150 pounds, so definitely within the advertised load limits of the chair. Also, the chair was delivered without one of the rubber gaskets for the assembly.The chair functions as it should so far, I blame myself for lack of research. The rest is my opinion. I regret there is no rocking ability or any type of seat cushion adjustment, other than the up and down of the hydraulic. Honestly I feel like I'm falling forward all the time... The adjustable arms are solid as three 1/4-20 screws can be. they have metal sleeves in the base for all screws but I wouldn't trust them to support the capacity weight when getting up. I'm about 3 bills and I don't think it would take very long to stress them out if I used weight on them to get up from the chair. The arms almost come out too wide, while I wish they went higher. Maybe my desk is too tall....The chair height left more to be desiredI'm 6' and would not ever lower the chair that the highest the hydraulic would go. Like I said, it does what is says it does, I just should have researched more.This chair was easy to assemble & that is about the only positive thing I have to say about it.After 6 months of ownership & use the headrest bolts behind the mesh had stripped out so it constantly looks like it is looking at the floor.The "lumbar support" creaks & pops everytime you even think about moving.The seat is only comfortable for about 15m.The mount of the cylinder wobbles around even when you don't move causing you to move which causes everything else to pop & snap on it like it might fall apart while sitting in it.The casters & base are fine.The only reason it got a second star was the ease of assembly & the casters & base have yet to give me any issues.Perfect chair for home office that will not break the bank. Comfortable and functional: upgraded by adding super smooth (universal) castors.It came two days earlier than the scheduled delivery date. The installation took about 45 minutes for one person and it was very easy. The cover on the back for the screw fell off at one point but we stuck it back on without an issue. Chair cushion is very full and a little bouncy! You can adjust the height and backrest as well as the armrests.The chair is not as comfortable as portrayed and leaning back requires a significant amount of work. Overall not as it was portrayed on the site and I would search for better options.They have great customer service and you can’t beat the price.
